Winter Sensory Poem

Name the 5 senses.

 

 

 

Look at this picture of a winter scene.

 

Practice thinking of sensory details.  Brainstorm what you would see, smell, hear, taste, or feel if you were there.

 

 

 

1. Open this Winter Sensory Poem template.

 

2. Go to File > Save As and save it to your folder.

 

3. Click your cursor at the end of lines that finish with "like..." and type an appropriate sensory detail to complete the sentence.

 

4. Go to File > Save to save your finished poem.

 

5. After an adult has checked it, print your poem.
